About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Recruiter to support the growth of our financial services team. This role is ideal for someone starting their recruiting career who is eager to learn, connect with people, and build a pipeline of future financial professionals.
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other digital channels, helping bring in talent that aligns with our firms mission and culture.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn searches, and other online platforms
-Send outreach messages and build relationships with prospective financial professionals
-Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone or virtual)
-Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
-Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
-Maintain accurate candidate tracking using internal systems or CRM tools
-Support recruiting campaigns, networking efforts, and virtual/in-person events
-Build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Qualifications
-Strong interest in recruiting, sales, or financial services
-Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for sourcing and outreach
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
-Internship, campus recruiting, or sales experience
-Familiarity with financial services or an interest in wealth management careers
-Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
