As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven, people-focused HR Recruiter to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, genuinely love connecting candidates to the right opportunities, and have a strong foundation in HR, this is your role.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team

Make a Real Impact – Every hire you make strengthens our team and directly shapes our company culture.

Own Your Craft – Take ownership of the recruitment process with the autonomy to build sourcing strategies that work.

Grow Your Career – Join a company that invests in its HR professionals and creates pathways to advance within the department.

Be Valued & Heard – Your insights, ideas, and expertise will directly influence how we attract and hire talent.

Where You'll Make an Impact

As our HR Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles throughout the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and serve as a brand ambassador for our employer value proposition, all while supporting broader HR initiatives that keep our people programs running smoothly.

Role Overview:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions across departments, from sourcing and screening through offer facilitation and onboarding handoff.

· Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines, engaging qualified talent before roles open.

· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling postings, and align on culture fit and compensation expectations.

Multi-Channel Sourcing Strategy

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant platforms.

· Leverage Boolean search techniques, job board analytics, and social media to identify and engage passive and active candidates on a scale.

· Tap into community channels including local networking events, career fairs, university partnerships, and referral programs to build a steady talent flow.

Candidate Experience & Relationship Management

· Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and compensation alignment.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless, professional experience throughout.

· Maintain timely, warm communication with all candidates — keeping pipelines warm and protecting our employer brand at every touchpoint.

ATS & HR Systems Management

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Support HRIS data integrity and contribute to HR reporting and compliance activities as needed.

· Assist with onboarding coordination, new hire paperwork, and Day 1 readiness logistics.

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

· Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source-of-hire data, and cost-per-hire.

· Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-fill across open requisitions.

· Identify and recommend process improvements to elevate candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.

HR Department Support

· Collaborate with the HR team on employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation as bandwidth allows.

· Support employer branding efforts including career page updates, social media content, and participation in community hiring events.

· Stay current on employment law, HR best practices, and South Florida labor market trends.

What Sets You Apart

· 1–3 years of hands-on recruiting or HR experience in a corporate or agency setting.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies.

· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

· Solid understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers alike.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

· Experience with high-volume recruiting environments a plus.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus given our South Florida market.
