· Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, BACB Certificant Registry, ABA-specific job boards and professional associations (ABAI, FABA, and regional chapters).

· Utilize Boolean search mastery, InMail campaign strategy, and talent insight reporting to identify and engage high-quality BCBA candidates at scale.

· Leverage social and community sourcing channels including Facebook groups, Reddit ABA communities, Discord servers, and regional networking events and conferences.

Pipeline & Relationship Development

· Develop and manage long-term relationships with BCBA graduate programs, internship supervisors, and university career offices to build early-career talent pipelines.

· Maintain a clean, organized candidate pipeline within ATS and CRM platforms, ensuring consistent tracking, follow-up, and requisition management at scale.

· Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences, professional events, and university career fairs to build brand visibility and candidate interest.

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

· Implement and report on data-driven recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire analysis, and pipeline conversion.

· Present insights and talent market intelligence to executive leadership to inform workforce planning decisions.

· Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding efforts.

Compensation & Employer Branding

· Negotiate competitive, multi-state compensation packages aligned with market data, factoring in licensure requirements, caseload complexity, and specialty populations.

· Collaborate on employer branding initiatives that position Applied ABC as the premier destination for BCBA professionals nationwide.

· Stay current on BCBA licensure requirements, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends across all active recruiting markets.

What Sets You Apart
