The HR manager, Executive Compensation supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of executive compensation programs that align with enterprise strategy, shareholder expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role operates as part of a coordinated executive compensation function, where team members contribute across core workstreams (e.g., program execution, governance and disclosure, analytics and operations) based on business needs and priorities. The position partners closely with HR, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of executive compensation programs. The role emphasizes strong operational execution, analytical support, and process discipline to enable a scalable model.
What You'll Be Doing: Executive Compensation Program ExecutionExecute compensation processes, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives
Support administration of equity programs, including grant execution, payroll inputs, and system updates
Maintain compensation data accuracy across systems and ensure alignment with internal records
Assist with annual compensation cycles, including tracking milestones and coordinating deliverables
Support structuring and documentation of executive compensation actions (e.g., hires, changes, transitions)
Draft Compensation Committee materials and coordinate inputs across stakeholders
Support development of proxy disclosures (e.g., CD&A) and related analyses
Maintain governance calendars, documentation, and version control
Track deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines across governance processes
Support audit processes and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
Develop and maintain supporting analyses for executive compensation decisions
Assist in modeling compensation scenarios and incentive outcomes
Compile and analyze market data and peer benchmarking inputs
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting
Translate data into clear, structured outputs for leadership review
Maintain plan documentation, award records, and audit-ready materials
Manage operational calendars, milestones, and deliverables tracking
Support development and maintenance of standardized processes and documentation
Coordinate across HR, finance, legal, and external partners to ensure execution continuity
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and scalability initiatives
Coordinate inputs and communication across cross-functional stakeholders
Support preparation of materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee review
Ensure alignment of data, analysis, and materials across workstreams
Build effective working relationships across HR, finance, legal, and corporate functions
8-10+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, finance, or a related discipline
Experience supporting compensation programs in a public company environment preferred
Exposure to Compensation Committee materials, governance processes, or proxy disclosures preferred
Experience working in a complex, global organization is a plus
Executive compensation knowledge: Understanding of incentive programs, equity administration, and pay processes
Analytical capability: Strong Excel/modeling skills and ability to interpret and structure data
Execution excellence: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Governance awareness: Understanding of documentation, controls, and compliance expectations
Process discipline: Ability to operate within structured processes and contribute to improvements
Communication: Ability to present information clearly and concisely for stakeholder audiences
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $102,900.00 - $169,400.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
