The Human Resources Representative is a proactive HR professional who partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver effective, business-aligned people solutions. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic consultation, requiring strong HR expertise and the ability to communicate insights, recommendations, and risks clearly across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
The HR Representative serves as a trusted advisor while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to provide both strategic and day-to-day HR guidance in areas such as:
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Workforce planning
- Organizational effectiveness
Serve as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating HR insights, recommendations, and business implications to leaders at all levels
Manage employee relations matters, including:
- Conducting investigations
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Driving resolution in alignment with company policies and applicable laws
Translate HR policies, programs, and initiatives into practical, actionable guidance for managers and employees
Support talent management processes, including:
- Onboarding
- Performance review cycles
- Employee development planning
- Engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal HR policies
Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to continuously improve HR programs and processes
Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and proactively address workforce needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership
- Demonstrated experience influencing and advising stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Experience supporting operational, field-based, or technical employee populations
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Experience working in a multi-site or matrixed organization
