About the Role:

As a Recruiter, youll be at the forefront of our business, leveraging our proprietary technology to connect top-tier professionals with roles at the worlds leading brands. This isnt a transactional role. Were looking for someone who is innately curious, driven by a sense of urgency, and fearless in building relationships.

You will be empowered by our technology, which integrates with the top candidate sources and job boards, to quickly identify and engage with a curated pool of highly qualified talent. This means less time on repetitive data entry and more time building genuine connections.

While this role is talent-focused, youll also be a key player in client engagement. Youll become a true expert in specific industries and functional areas, building deep knowledge and understanding of our clients unique needs and company cultures.

What Youll Do

• Develop Tech-Enabled Talent Pools: Identify unique recruiting sources to proactively build geography- and category-based Talent Pools that anticipate client requirements.
• Leverage AI Technology: Use our cutting-edge technology to efficiently source, screen, and present the best-matched candidates. Our platform handles the bulk of the manual work, freeing you up for high-impact activities.
• Be a Human Connector: Engage deeply with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations beyond what is written on their resume. Your ability to build rapid rapport and credibility is paramount.
• Build Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, team dynamics, and specific requirements. Your human insights will be crucial in making successful, long-lasting placements.
• Become an Industry Expert: Develop deep knowledge of specific sectors and functional areas, allowing you to speak fluently and confidently with both executive clients and top-tier candidates.
• Influence and Advise: Use your market expertise and emotional intelligence to advise candidates on their career paths and consult clients on their overall talent strategies.
