Firstly, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the company car fleet, serving as the main point of contact for drivers and external partners. In this role, you will support employees, ensure clear communication of the car policy, and oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, from onboarding new drivers to contract termination and vehicle return.
Secondly, you will coordinate and administer employee learning and development activities. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and new hires, providing guidance, information, and support related to training and learning processes.
Lastly, you will provide administrative and operational support in payroll-related activities.
