Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: West Chester, Ohio - 100% in Office
Shift: First Shift
Pay: $60,000 to $68,000 annually
About the Role
LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client in the West Chester area. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to support current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume recruiting, building talent pipelines, and driving efficient hiring processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, hiring criteria, and recruitment strategies
Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate flow
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting events
Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate assessments as needed
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
Schedule interviews and collaborate with hiring teams throughout the selection process
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Assist with offer development, including compensation recommendations and start dates
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Support and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts
Manage high-volume requisitions while balancing speed-to-fill with quality hiring standards
Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate candidate submissions and hiring activity
Collaborate with HR and operations to align on hiring priorities and onboarding readiness
Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and hiring performance
Qualifications
Prior experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions
Strong sourcing and pipeline development experience
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
