As we continue to expand, were looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts. In this role, youll source, interview, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent across the United States.

You'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless, efficient hiring process while maintaining a consistent, high-quality recruitment strategy across our 390+ locations.

This in-office position is based at our headquarters in West Omaha, NE, with occasional remote flexibility to support work-life balance.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates and hiring managers through every stage of the process.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques (direct outreach, job boards, social media, networking) to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring best practices for interviewing, selection, and a consistent hiring approach nationwide.
  • Proactively manage requisitions and stay ahead of market trends to drive hiring efficiency.
  • Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills.
  • Deliver clear, well-documented candidate summaries to hiring managers for informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders to align staffing strategies with operational needs.
  • Leverage our ClearCompany ATS and related technologies to optimize hiring processes.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth journey from application to hire.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture aligned with company goals.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or 3+ years of proven recruiting experience (high-volume, multi-location experience preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable mindset to meet evolving business needs.
