Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet their goals and objectives. Provide coaching and support to managers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Training and Development: Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. Conduct regular reviews and updates.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present reports to senior management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc
