As a Human Resources leader, you will be part of the People Team, leading the Strategic Staffing group for the EMEA Region. In this position, you will be responsible for the Strategic Staffing team in support of approximately 1,000 employees across diverse geographies, cultures, and languages. You will drive results in a highly collaborative HR role, working as a trusted advisor with Regional, Country, Industry, and Service Line leaders.The Strategic Staffing Director - EMEA leadership role serves as a strategic thought partner with leadership across all facets of the business. Partners with Managing Directors and leadership to deploy consultants across industries, service lines and countries to best serve our clients, foster diverse and inclusive teams, support talent growth for our people and optimize firm revenue.Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, identifying current staffing needs and future skill requirements across the region.Build strong relationships across the People function, with a focus on EMEA PBP Country Leads, L&D, Talent Management, and the Strategic Staffing Director- AMER to integrate talent strategies into staffing solutions.Provide strategic leadership to a regional staffing team, promoting cross-fertilization, development, and career growth of team members.Collaborate with counterparts in the Americas and Asia to ensure global alignment and consistency in staffing practices.Uses data to measure success and drive business decisions, identify trends, and proactively solve for capacity and capability gaps.Embrace continuous improvement, leveraging technology and AI to enhance staffing effectiveness and efficiency.Understand and account for the cultural, legal, and business nuances of each country in the EMEA region when shaping staffing strategies.Act as a culture ambassador and trusted advisor to the business, demonstrating firm values and leadership behaviors.Contribute to the firm's D&I strategy through thoughtful staffing decisions and team composition.Partner with Finance, Legal, and other functions to ensure seamless coordination and execution of staffing priorities.Additional responsibilities as identified. What you'll need
Ten (10) + years of progressive talent management, human resources or related/equivalent leadership experience required, ideally in a professional services firm.Five (5) + years' experience leading staffing/resource management teams required across multiple geographies.Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and understanding of future-of-work trends.Master's degree required.Fluent English required; additional European language(s) highly valued.Possesses excellent written and verbal communication, listening and facilitation skills; proactively-communicates, and modulates communication to the audience. Ability to communicate with executive leaders and staff comfortably and effectively.Demonstrated success in leading and developing remote and culturally diverse teams.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.Seasoned business leader with excellent business acumen and strong partnership capabilities. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong, collaborative relationships and networks.High proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with staffing tools and AI-based planning platforms is a plus.Excellent analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills.
