We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter/Staffing Specialist to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. Position Overview: As an Experienced Recruiter/Staffing Specialist at Cosmopolitan Staffing, you will play a crucial role in recruiting the best talent for our clients. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding. Your efforts will help build a diverse, high-performing team and ensure our clients' staffing needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with management to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with diversity initiatives and client needs. Candidate Sourcing: Use social media platforms, HR databases, networking events, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source and engage with top talent. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Onboarding: Ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Client & Candidate Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a high level of satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on recruiting metrics and applicant status, and suggest improvements based on findings. Social Media & Networking: Actively use LinkedIn, job boards, cold calls, and B2B/B2C platforms (like Kaspr and Cognism) to find and attract the best talent. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in the hiring process and work towards building a more inclusive workforce. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or account management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management. Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using B2B and B2C platforms (Kaspr, Cognism, etc.) for lead generation and recruitment. Previous success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
