Job Title: Talent Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Location: Columbus, OH (Easton)
Work Arrangement: In-Office 8-4pm EST
Compensation: $25hr | 3mo contract to start

The Talent Coordinator will provide essential support to the Talent Management and Learning & Development teams, helping ensure a streamlined candidate experience and the efficient execution of talent initiatives. This role is key in managing interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, training event coordination, and the maintenance of talent-related data and calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume, global interview scheduling (phone, video, onsite) in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding logistics, including background checks, drug screenings, orientation scheduling, and new hire communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and application status updates within the ATS.
- Collaborate with Learning Center contacts to coordinate meeting spaces, catering, and supplies for training and events.
- Maintain and communicate the Talent Development teams calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of training and development sessions.
- Track and report attendance for training programs; support post-training follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Assist in monitoring key talent metrics such as engagement, training completion, and performance review cycles.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and communication across talent functions.
- Associates degree preferred.
- 13 years experience in Recruiting, HR, Talent, or Administrative coordination.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
