MARKETING & RECRUITING SUPERVISOR - Career CampusPOSTED: June 16, 2025REPORTS TO: DirectorAPPLICATION DEADLINE: Until FilledSTARTING DATE: July 1, 2025JOB SUMMARY: We are currently is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Recruiting Supervisor to lead the districts student recruitment, marketing, and public relations initiatives. This position is responsible for the strategic development and execution of communication and enrollment campaigns that promote Tolles high school and adult education programs. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to build strong community partnerships to increase visibility and enrollment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and lead comprehensive student recruitment and enrollment strategies.Design, manage, and maintain the districts website and digital content.Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.Create high-quality promotional materials including graphic design, photography, and video content.Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and event coordination.Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, K12 districts, and local media.Collaborate with school administrators to support enrollment goals and strategic communications.Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on data-driven outcomes.Supervise and support staff or interns involved in marketing or recruitment efforts.Manage an approved marketing budget and pursue grant funding opportunities when applicable.Attend school and community events to represent and promote Tolles Career & Technical Center.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Education; Masters degree in Administration. Must hold a Principal License.Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.OTES Certification and experience conducting OTES evaluations.Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, graphic design software, and content creation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and multimedia content.Knowledge of K12 and/or career-technical education systems is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Familiarity with media relations, event planning, and brand management.Clean criminal record suitable for public school employment.Compliance with drug-free workplace rules and Board policies.BENEFITS:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
