What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly recruiting quotas
  • Builds a pipeline of high-quality providers
  • Improves new hire retention and engagement
  • Maintains average candidate compensation targets aligned with budget
  • Contributes to a positive, collaborative team culture

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and implement full-cycle recruiting strategies, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit across technical and soft skills
  • Build strong, long-term candidate relationships 
  • Utilize our ATS and AI tools to manage candidate flow efficiently
  • Support credentialing and compliance processes post-hire
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting manager and hiring teams
  • Continuously look for ways to improve speed, quality, and retention

What We’re Looking For:

  • Coachable, curious, and quick to learn
  • Driven to win, with experience in competitive environments (sales, athletics, etc.)
  • Naturally empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • Comfortable consistently
  •  making High-Volume outbound calls and messages
  • Detail oriented, organized and process driven
  • Confident communicator with Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS/CRMs, and AI sourcing tools is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, customer service, hospitality, or leadership roles preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
