Surge Director of Recruiting Responsibilities & Duties Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates across various channels. Lead a 6-person recruiting team Lead the recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for a wide range of positions within the organization. Maintains and develops attrition plans Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish. Manage and optimize the recruitment process by utilizing effective hiring tools, technologies, and platforms. Maintain a strong network of industry professionals and proactively engage with potential candidates through networking events and other avenues. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to actively recruit entry-level talent. Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve the recruitment process. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and facilitate their successful integration into the organization. Surge Director of Recruiting Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in recruitment Proven track record of successful hiring at all levels within an organization. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Experience in employer branding and talent market analysis. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of recruiters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the recruitment process.
