Job Description
Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Cyber Security
Location(s): Columbus, OH
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. This is a contract role with strong potential for Full time conversion for the right candidate. You will be the face of Talent Acquisition for our Cyber Security team, which is based locally in Columbus.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage full lifecycle recruiting for 20-30 technical roles per week.
. Source, screen, and hire top talent across roles such as:
. Cyber Security
. Cloud Security
. Security Analytics
. CyberArk
. Developers, Engineers, and Managers
. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
. Utilize ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
. Represent the company brand and values in all candidate interactions.
Required Qualifications:
. 10-15 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Cyber Security roles.
. Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.
. Experience recruiting in FinTech or corporate recruiting environments preferred; agency experience will also be considered.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
