Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Manager in Columbus, OH. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring drivers. They will develop recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruiting Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
