Sourcing Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a sourcing specialist in the Ohio area. This position will partner with the talent acquisition specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet the company's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs. This position will employ proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.

Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions

3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources. null
