I. Job Summary**
The Sr. HR Service Center Specialist is member of the broader HR Service Center organization within the WM Human Resource Organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert across a variety of functions for which the HRSC assist employees and business leaders. These functions could include: FMLA/Leave Administration and ADA Accommodations,
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Understanding of federal, state and local laws related to their area of expertise (i.e. FMLA, etc.).
+ Communicates effectively with employees, managers and business leaders regarding issues that impact their respective area.
+ Works cross functionally amongst other HR areas to ensure that employee issues are being resolved in a timely and accurate fashion.
+ Assists in training other PSC associates on topics related to their specific area of expertise.
+ Creates and Conducts training to other PSC Associates and other WM interested parties regarding their specific area of expertise.
+ Creates documentation and files that comply to all legal, regulatory and business requirements.
+ Preserves confidentiality of employee documentation and files (including medical records).
+ Apprise and escalates potential legal, risk, etc. concerns to the PSC Leadership.
+ Produce and provide reporting specific to their related their area of expertise, monitor, measure and act upon metrics/KPIs.
+ Handles escalations from employees and leaders regarding issues in their area of expertise.
+ Attends continuing training and education to stay apprised of changes within their subject matter area.

**IV. Qualifications**
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar study or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
+ Experience: Two (2) years of related experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
+ None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Required:
+ Intermediate Microsoft excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ FMLA experience

The expected pay range for this remote position across the U.S is $28.00- 35.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
