What You Will Enjoy Doing
As the Regional HR Business Partner reporting to the HR Director, youll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our people practices align with our business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives for the NOAM region.
- Support ongoing cultural development efforts across the region to ensure our sites continue to embrace the ALPLA principles.
- Implement and drive HR programs, policies, and practices to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and harmonious work environment.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to identify staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of both employees and managers.
- Develop HR individual development plans to ensure our HR managers are supported through ongoing development.
- Ensure compliance with local and labor laws and company policies across the region in partnership with the regional team and compliance manager.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions for continuous improvement present findings on a quarterly basis to the Regional HR leadership team.
- Work closely with the regional HR leadership team to ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices.
Travel Time expected: 60%

What Makes You Great
Education / Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- 7+ years of HR Manager experience preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Kronos/UKG Ready (including ATS)
- Smartsheet
- Experience prioritizing and exercising critical thinking
- Experience working with various softwares (CRM, ATS, Digital Portals)
