Required Skills and Experience:
Five plus years of progressively more responsible experience in business consulting and business process analysis and design, performance improvement, problem solving, planning, coordinating and organizing.
Project management experience is preferred.
Experience with process re-design methods and tools
Sharepoint and ServiceNow experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration and customer service skills (both written and verbal).
Prior experience presenting to various levels, from associates to senior leaders. Audience levels can range from one to one up to the entire department.
A customer-service, growth and continuous improvement mindset
Proven resiliency with the ability to flex when urgent matters arise
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems, including getting at the root question and then identifying the root cause to address
Ability to work independently and with a team, including internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of the recruiting process and prior experience with Workday Recruiting Module strongly preferred
Knowledge of creating and understanding process maps is helpful
Prior experience troubleshooting technology systems is helpful
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated project management experience, including sprint planning, portfolio management, and tools like Jira preferred
User acceptance testing, including writing detailed requirements and creating and implementing test plans preferred
Position Overview:
This role is part of the Talent Acquisition Process (TAP) team - a back-end operations team supporting Talent Acquisition. The team has a wide range of responsibilities. Some of which include working with legal to operationalize legislation pertaining to the recruiting process, conducting and responding to audit requests from internal and external partners, external vendor management, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, continuous improvement and automation, and portfolio management for improvements to the Workday Recruiting module.
Job Details:
Troubleshooting - answer questions received through the ServiceNow intake tool from recruiting teams, which could range from assisting with rehire questions, assisting with updating start dates, and adding assessments to job requisitions
Assisting the TAP team and TAP Director with daily operations - assisting with rehire issues and eligibility questions, providing responses to requests for TA-related data for audit and legal partners, creating slide decks for meetings, assisting with travel letters, and creating a playbook for TA-specific tasks related to Merger, Acquisition & Divestiture activity
SharePoint - reviewing current team SharePoint site, recommending changes for easier navigation and organization, and implementing changes
Assisting with special projects, including the transition from one knowledge management platform to another, including content review, change management, communication, and training
