- Match candidates with client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings at once
- Proficient with basic office and applicant tracking systems
