POSITION SUMMARY :

Specialty Recruiters have full life cycle recruitment responsibility for business development, case management, or senior leadership positions within Select Medical's inpatient hospital division. A successful Specialty Recruiter will develop relationships with senior leaders across the organization and will identify and implement recruitment and hiring strategies for these niche roles. A successful employee will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and time management skills. Superior organization and attention to detail are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-lifecycle recruitment on specialty positions, including Clinical Liaisons and other business development roles, as needed.
  • Collaborate with Inpatient VPs, Regional Directors, and other leadership to define job specifications, qualifications, and skills, and develop recruitment strategies as they relate both to short-term needs and to long-term department and company trends.
  • Manage effective recruitment strategies, including internal and external referral development, social media recruitment marketing, outreach to professional organizations, direct sourcing through mail, job fairs, and open house events.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters on marketing and hiring events
  • Research current market conditions and business trends and integrate with recruitment strategies.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • One or more years of recruitment experience in a staffing, corporate, or executive search environment.
  • Experience in full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including the use of an applicant tracking system, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and making offers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with iCIMS ATS
