Talent Matchmaker & Experience Builder You are the connector between opportunity and talent, driving every step of the hiring journey from the first impression to the first day. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, the Recruitment Coordinator will orchestrate the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing standout candidates to ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will help define roles, craft outreach strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values. Whether behind the scenes or front and center, you'll make sure every hire feels like a win for the candidate, the team, and the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, background checks, and offer letters. Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates, providing timely updates and a welcoming experience throughout the process. Attend and coordinate job fairs and build strong relationships with community partners and local/state agencies to expand candidate pipelines. Screen applications, verify references, and initiate criminal background checks (PA State Police and FBI) to ensure compliance with Acts 169 & 13. Make job offers and coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling orientation and collecting required documentation (e.g., diplomas, working papers, TB tests). Track and process recruitment and sign-on bonuses, ensuring timely submission to payroll. Partner & Promote Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define recruitment strategies. Post jobs on online platforms (e.g., Indeed) and work with Marketing to keep the Careers section of our website current and appealing. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Keep Things Organized & Efficient Maintain accurate records of job openings, resumes, and candidate communications. Send candidate communications, including interview confirmations, orientation notices, and not selected emails. Verify and submit recruitment-related invoices for processing and payment. Support applicant inquiries as the first point of contact for walk-ins and online applicants Support Onboarding & Engagement Assist with employee recognition events and other HR initiatives that strengthen team morale and connection Demonstrate personal Excellence Communicate clearly and professionally, using active listening and timely follow-through. Balance multiple priorities with strong organization, self-direction, and flexibility. Uphold high ethical standards and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture. Qualifications What You Bring to the Table Hands-On Recuiting Experience: At least two years of recruiting experience - you know how to navigate the day-to-day with confidence and professionalism. Industry Insight: Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus, bringing valuable understanding of the unique dynamics of care environments. Educational Foundation: An Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, adding structure to your practical skills.
