What You'll Do
This position is offered under a French apprenticeship contract. It is designed for candidates who are currently enrolled in, or elegible for, and apprenticeship program and are seeking to combine hands-on professional experience with structured learning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As an EMESA Recruiting Assistant - Events, you'll help bring BCG's recruiting events to life across the region. From workshops and networking events to large-scale conferences, you'll be at the heart of how we connect with future talent.
- You'll work closely with recruiting teams and colleagues across EMESA to organize engaging in-person and virtual events. This includes coordinating logistics, supporting event planning, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
- You'll also play a key role in creating a great candidate experience-communicating with participants, managing registrations, and making sure every interaction reflects BCG's culture.
- Along the way, you'll gain exposure to regional initiatives such as the ASPIRE Women's Workshop, PROUD LGBTQ+ Workshop, and our Annual Regional Recruiting Conference.
- You'll work closely with the Recruiting Data Analyst Intern to turn insights into practical improvements and enhance how we run our events. You'll also contribute to tracking and reporting activities, helping improve event impact and candidate experience over time.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Experience or strong interest in events, project coordination, recruitment, or related fields
- An interest in working with data and improving processes (e.g. Excel, basic reporting, or similar tools)
- Fluent English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent), ideally in Business, HR, Marketing, Events, or a related field
Who You'll Work With
You will be supported and guided in your day-to-day activities by the EMESA Regional Senior Recruiting Coordinator - Events. As part of the EMESA Recruiting Operations, Events & Brand Team, you will work closely with regional partners such as the Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting, Employer Branding and Project teams, as well as recruitment teams across EMESA.
Supervised by your manager and mentored daily by your team, you have the opportunity to develop and progressively gain skills. You also benefit throughout your journey at BCG from monitoring by our HR team and a training offer adapted to our interns and apprentices.

Recruitment process:
Our recruitment process consists of HR interviews with the Senior Recruiting Coordinator - Events (apprenticeship tutor), a few coffee chats and the Employer Branding & Events Team Manager.
