Title: HR Generalist (Recruitment)
Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid) Duration : Permanent
Compensation : $90,000-$100,000
Overview
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to support their HR team by taking ownership of recruitment and vendor relations. This role will report directly to the SVP of HR and will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts while allowing senior leadership to focus on labor relations.

Key Responsibilities
?Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes
?Oversee and maintain relationships with external vendors and recruiting partners
?Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs across the organization
?Support overall HR operations as needed in alignment with team priorities
Qualifications
?35 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
?Bilingual required
?Experience with Workday strongly preferred
?Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
?Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
