We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in an organization that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture. We will look for you to showcase your intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proven leadership to streamline administrative processes, increase office efficiency, and maximize workflow. This role is a hybrid role working 3 days a week at our Rockleigh, NJ campus.
A strong relationship builder and influencer with employees and hiring managers alike.A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.Assist with daily inquiries from employees.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment to resolve any matters that may arise.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.The ability to be comfortable with a high-volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" while managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs.Reporting to the Senior HRBP in the Engineering division.
Qualifications
BA/BS in HR or related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity.Possess business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, execution oriented and perform effectively.Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence. Ability to work independently.Analytics reporting experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Familiar with HR related systems (Dayforce, Workday, ADP).
Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($70,500 - $81,000) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual's offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
