Job Summary:
Coordinates and administers the recruitment, admission, and onboarding process for College Credit Plus ( CCP ) Program, including but not limited to outreach, recruitment, pre-admission advising, application processing reporting, and compliance with state and university requirements. Leads CCP recruitment with area high schools, guidance counselors, academic units, and the Ohio Department of Education to support program growth and student success. Provides guidance on the application process, pre-admission advising, and orientation, supports CCP participants while maintaining accurate records, monitoring program expenses, and assisting with required institutional and state reporting. Creates a comprehensive recruitment strategy for new incoming CCP students and transfer students and works with current students to assist in matriculation to degree seeking programs. Develops related recruitment materials. Alongside the CCP Academic Coach, this role serves as a liaison among students, faculty, academic colleges, and community partners while ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in recruitment/admissions, advising college or university students and/or working in a student services area.
  • Experience assisting and supporting under-prepared, undecided, or at-risk student populations.
  • Experience with program planning and/or evaluation.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends assigned.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree preferably in education, higher education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field.
  • Experience in admissions or enrollment management.
  • Experience interpreting and implementing policies and procedures.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively throughout the community.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members when issues arise to ensure appropriate communication and develop effective resolution plans.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
