The People Intern provides general support to the People team, with an emphasis on recruitment-related activities. This role offers exposure to basic People functions and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Assist with posting job openings and reviewing applications Support scheduling and coordination of interviews Help maintain candidate records and general HR documentation Communicate with applicants regarding next steps as needed Provide administrative support to the HR team Assist with various HR projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Basic proficiency with standard office software Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality Able to follow established workflows Interest in Human Resources or business operations
