Weichert Co is hiring a Recruiting Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for assisting with the full life cycle of the Company's leadership acquisition process including sourcing, engaging, and attracting prospective candidates with specific focus on residential real estate sales managers and residential brokerage merger and acquisition opportunities to recruit candidates to the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Researches and identifies prospects (potential managers and potential acquisitions).

Creates database organizing and tracking prospect outreach.

Contacts prospects to assess interest and sets up follow up meetings.

Coordinates scheduling of potential prospects and visits to Central.

Provides overall candidate management for residential sales managers, including assessing skills/experience, conducting detailed interviews, as well acting as the main point of contact through the recruitment process.

Builds and develops strong relationship and networks with industry partners and external sources to improve sourcing opportunities.

Partners with Regional Vice Presidents to stay abreast of current and future leadership hiring and business needs.

Upon closing of M&A transactions, acts as project coordinator interacting with all departments to ensure a smooth transition and assisting the applicable Regional Vice President as needed to bring new company on-board.

Tracks and provides reports as needed regarding the recruiting progress.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, and License Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred

Valid driver's license

Experience

Five (5) or more years of related recruiting and/or business experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to successfully recruit leadership positions

Strong lead generation and prospecting skills

Knowledge of current sourcing techniques and technologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of management

Strong analytical and problem solving ability

Strong attention to detail

Strong customer service and relationship building skills

Good people management skills

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $55,000 to $70,000 (annually) plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
