Location: Fort Worth TX The HRIS Leave Systems Administrator will support' People/HR Technology team by managing and configuring the leave of absence platforms, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate leave, attendance, and lost-time data across all employee groups. This position combines HR process expertise, SaaS platform administration, and hands-on workflow automation to support policy compliance, streamline operations, and enhance HR service delivery. Job Responsibilities: Administer and configure the AbsenceSoft leave management platform, including attendance policies, state/municipal leave rules, and lost-time configurations. Build, modify, and optimize workflow automation solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Nintex, Alteryx, SSIS). Translate business requirements from HR, Leave, and Attendance teams into system configurations, workflows, and rules-based logic. Maintain platform settings, roles, permissions, and environment configurations for HR SaaS tools. Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration-related errors involving APIs, SQL datasets, and ETL pipelines. Support integrations between AbsenceSoft and downstream HR systems using SQL, API calls, or ETL tools. Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement new leave policies and ensure platform alignment with regulatory requirements. Perform testing, documentation, and change management activities for enhancements and system updates. Monitor system performance, workflow execution, and data quality; proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Provide ongoing production support and serve as a subject matter expert for leave and attendance-related HR processes.
