Recruiting Specialist

Were seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to drive our client's recruitment efforts across warehouse, logistics, driver, and administrative roles. This role combines strategic talent sourcing with hands-on recruiting, partnering closely with department leaders and building relationships with local organizations to strengthen their workforce.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple role types
• Build relationships with local schools, community programs, and workforce initiatives
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community hiring activities
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure all hiring processes are compliant with applicable laws and company policies

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1- 3+ years recruiting experience, ideally in logistics, distribution, or similar industries
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Hawaiis local hiring dynamics strongly preferred
• Offer of employment contingent upon clearing a pre-employment drug screen
