SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for managing fullcycle, highvolume recruitment for skilled craft and select professional roles across multiple projects and locations. This role focuses on attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations.

JOB DUTIES
- Manage highvolume recruitment efforts for skilled trades and professional roles across the organization
- Execute endtoend recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
- Adhere to established recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Conduct frequent outbound calls to applicants to assess qualifications, availability, and interest
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Make hiring recommendations and extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates
- Clearly communicate job details, scope of work, schedules, project expectations, and conditions of employment
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records, notes, and correspondence in the applicant tracking system
- Update applicant and candidate information within internal databases
- Track open requisitions and applicant pipelines using spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Coordinate preemployment requirements, travel, accommodations, and project mobilization as required
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings, advertising, and outreach initiatives
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Partner with hiring managers and project teams to meet workforce demands
- Perform other duties as assigned to support recruitment and workforce objectives
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- 1 - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within industrial construction, oil & gas, or skilled trades environments
- Proven experience managing highvolume or projectbased hiring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with talent management programs (such as Workday, UKG, ICIMS, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting job postings, offer letters, and recruitment correspondence
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and confidentiality requirements
- Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and select top talent efficiently
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Thrives in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with crossfunctional teams
- A Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or HR related education would be considered an asset.
