Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in human resources, business, information technology, or related field.
- Five (5) years of HRIS or related experience.
- Experience with Workday or PeopleSoft HCM .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher Education Experience
- Other non-technical work experience in a core HR functional area
- Experience in large-scale HCM transformation or digital HR initiatives
- Knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM , Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas and lookup functions.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Foundational understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to follow established processes and documentation.
