Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst - Time Tracking & Absence

Duration: Full-time (Hybrid)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Overview

The Workday HRIS Analyst (Time Tracking & Absence) will support and enhance Workday time and absence configurations, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance across a dynamic workforce. This role is critical in supporting ongoing updates driven by union agreements and operational changes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules

Support updates to time and absence plans based on union requirements and policy changes

Troubleshoot system issues related to time entry, accruals, and leave tracking

Partner with HR and Operations teams to ensure accurate timekeeping processes

Support testing and validation for system updates and releases

Ensure data integrity between time, payroll, and HR systems

Assist with reporting and audits related to time and absence data

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Qualifications

3+ years of Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence experience

Hands-on configuration experience with time tracking and leave plans

Understanding of timekeeping, accruals, and absence management processes

Experience supporting high-volume or unionized environments preferred

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred

Experience supporting frequent configuration updates (e.g., union changes)

Exposure to payroll/time integration points
