The Payroll Manager is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, execution and continuous improvement of payroll operations across a complex, multi-entity organization. The Payroll Manager ensures accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing while delivering high quality service to colleagues, leaders and HR Partners.
The Payroll Manager provides day-to-day leadership of the payroll team, oversees payroll process cycles, ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The Payroll Manager serves as a key leader and advisor to HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to deliver high-quality payroll services across the healthcare system. The Payroll Manager drives critical operational excellence through strong governance, effective systems oversight, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentially, compliance and customer service delivery.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
Experience:
- 5 years of payroll operations experience in complex, high volume environments
- 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience
