Salary: $53,040 - $62,400 (DOE)

Overview: The Bilingual Recruiter provides high volume support to the Branch regarding all candidate and employee matters such as sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and placing candidates into roles. A successful Recruiter will work in an extremely fast-paced environment, have high volume quality contact, and will develop and maintain relationships with candidates and employees in the branch territory.

Pipelining, Recruitment, and Placement:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using ATS tools, job boards, recruiting events, social media, referrals, and local outreach.

  • Work closely with the Area Manager and Recruiting Managers to identify and create target candidate profiles.

  • Source, qualify, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with Star Staffing standards and client requirements.

  • Ensure accurate, real-time entry of applicant, and employee data into the Applicant Tracking System to maintain data integrity.

  • Identify skilled Candidates to send to Recruiting Managers or Business Development Managers for Skill Selling Opportunities

  • Ensure that candidates are screened for safety protocols and only assigned to jobs that they are properly safely matched for.

  • Ensure Employees for Assigned Job are prepared for assignments through clear communication of job expectations, policies, and timekeeping procedures.

  • Drive redeployment of successful employees to maximize retention, performance, and profitability.

Employee & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with employees on assignment through regular check-ins focused on performance, attendance, safety, and engagement.

  • Manage and continuously update placement data in real time to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Promote Star Staffing programs including referral incentive program to current and prospective employees

  • Attends daily huddles to collaborate with team regarding job openings, candidate/client updates and to set daily individual and branch goals

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of combined prior experience, education, knowledge, training, skills, etc.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail

  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving goals/metrics
