Description
Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within an organization.
Maintain employee personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation.
Monitor performance management, evaluations, and promotions.
Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures. Maintain and update payroll systems, verify employee time records, hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
Ensure compliance with wage & hour laws, FLSA, and state-specific requirements.
Process new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and garnishments.
Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions.
Preferred skills:
Experience in Healthcare billing, HHAeXchange platform, ADP Payroll Services, PROMISe, Sandata;
Familiarity with E-verification processes;
Understanding of Healthcare HR related regulations;
Familiarity with Healthcare specific recruting, training and counseling practices;
Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management/HR/Business Administration
24 months of prior work experience in Personnel Management/HR
