About the Role To Apply for this Job Click Here Contract Recruiter (Full Cycle) Location: Gaylord, MN (Fully Onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract (potential to extend) Beacon Hill's client in Gaylord, MN is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple open requisitions (20+ at start) Partner closely with internal hiring leaders and recruiting leadership Support high-volume hiring needs for a new/expanded facility Recruit for plant-based roles such as: Packaging Forklift operators Machine operators Assist with administrative recruiting tasks including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred) Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or plant roles is a plus ...105774 To Apply for this Job Click Here Excited about this job?
