If HRIS Analyst sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now! **Job Duties** + Configure and support Workday modules, including Talent, Security, and Business Processes. + Manage and support Workday Time & Attendance, including complex regional requirements (EMEA experience a plus). + Troubleshoot system issues and analyze data to identify root causes and practical solutions. + Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve HR operations and user experience. + Create and maintain reports and queries to support business and HR needs. + Perform data audits and ensure accuracy across Workday and connected systems. + Translate business needs into Workday configurations and explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical terms. + Support new processes and functionality through documentation, testing, and stakeholder enablement. **Qualifications** + 5+ Years Workday Experience, with a primary focus on system configuration and optimization. + Proficient in time and attendance and reporting modules. + An experienced Workday contractor with hands-on configuration and support experience across key modules such as Talent, Security, Business Processes, and/or Time & Attendance. + Comfortable joining a project midstream, ramping quickly, and delivering value with minimal ramp-up time. + Strong problem-solving skills and are confident troubleshooting system issues and analyzing data to identify root causes. + Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Detail-oriented and experienced in maintaining data accuracy and system integrity. + Proactive in identifying process or system improvement opportunities and providing practical recommendations. + Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, project-based environment. + Communicate clearly, work independently, and collaborate effectively with HR and cross-functional teams. **What's in this Investigation Specialist position for you?** + Pay rate: $35/hr. - $36/Hr. + Location- San Francisco, CA 94105 (Remote) + Work Schedule: Standard 8am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. + Weekly paycheck. + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter. + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.
