HR Operations Coordinator Location: Tulsa, OK Compensation: $45,000-65,000 Benefits : Full Package Job Summary: Provides operational HR support across multiple clients, with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and compliance. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities HR Operations: Provide administrative and transactional HR support Research and resolve HR process questions using regulations, vendor resources, and internal systems Maintain accuracy and compliance across HR activities Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll including data entry, report review, and coordination with providers Maintain employee payroll records (new hires, pay changes, deductions, terminations) Administer benefits including enrollments, life events, and updates Support open enrollment activities Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries HRIS Administration: Enter and maintain employee data (hires, job changes, compensation updates, terminations) Audit HRIS records for accuracy and completeness Generate standard HR reports Maintain electronic personnel files Assist with system updates, implementations, and troubleshooting Compliance: Maintain required employee documentation (I-9s, onboarding forms, acknowledgments) Track deadlines for HR filings and reporting Assist with compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, etc.) Conduct basic HR audits and maintain compliance calendars Escalate complex compliance issues as needed Collaboration: Work with internal team members and client stakeholders to support HR operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HRIS Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paycor, UKG, Paylocity) preferred Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
