Lead Concierge
Caretta Senior Living - Eau Claire, WI
Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Lead Concierge to be the welcoming face of our community. This role provides courteous and efficient reception services to residents, staff, and visitors while serving as a central communication hub during both daily operations and emergencies.
We are looking for someone with a big smile, compassion, and a passion for helping others-someone who is excited to play a key role in helping us build a thriving community.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $23 per hour
Location: Caretta Senior Living Eau Claire, WI
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members
Provide timely, professional responses to requests and inquiries
Monitor reception and lobby areas to support resident safety and awareness
Communicate urgent matters quickly and accurately to appropriate staff
Respond to emergency situations including fire, severe weather, power outages, resident elopement, and 911 calls
Perform administrative duties
Staffing coordination, scheduling support, and open shift coverage to help maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Follow daily task lists and attend team meetings
Adhere to all GLMC policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience (multiline phone system preferred)
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Patient, compassionate, and service-focused approach when interacting with residents, families, team members and prospects
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
