Senior Supervisor:

The Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective production. This role ensures that teams meet performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction targets, while complying with company policies and regulatory standards.

Here's What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-line employees, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.

Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed to maintain productivity and morale.

Monitor daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and meet production or service goals.

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions.

HR Manager

The HR Manager will provide support to our Operations and Field Service teams in the US and will be based at our Longview, Texas shop. Outside of Longview, the other teams supported are located in Arizona, Florida, and Wyoming. The HR Manager will execute the HR strategy and the day-to-day operations across the teams. This role will also ensure consistent HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement across the supported teams.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership

Partner with Operations and Field Service leaders to support business objectives and workforce strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on people and organizational matters.

Drive alignment between HR initiatives and operational performance goals.

Employee Relations

Lead and manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiries, benefits information, and workplace issues.

Support supervisors in addressing performance and behavioral concerns.

Promote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace culture.

Onboarding

Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation.

Performance Management & Development

Drive performance management processes with the teams supported.

Coach supervisors and managers on performance conversations and accountability.

Support leadership development and training initiatives across locations.

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred, but not required.

Experience:

At least 7 years of experience in HR administration, with exposure to various HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments

Experience supporting multiple locations

Experience with HR software and HRIS systems. Kronos / UKG Ready experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment law

Production Planning Manager

The Production Planning Manager is responsible for leading production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and efficient use of manufacturing resources. This role supervises a team involved with logistics and works closely with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics to align production plans with customer demand and business objectives.

Here's What You'll Do:

Production Planning & Scheduling

Execute the master production schedule (MPS) based on forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints

Balance demand, labor, equipment, and material availability to meet delivery commitments

Monitor daily and weekly production performance; adjust schedules as needed

Coordinate schedule changes due to material shortages, equipment downtime, or demand shifts

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor team members.

Set priorities, assign workloads, and ensure planning accuracy and timeliness

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to align plans
