The Coordinator for Military and Veterans Services reports to the Director of Financial Aid. The Coordinator certifies and processes educational benefits, manages daily operations of the office, and coordinates outreach, recruitment, and retention initiatives that support military-aligned student access and success at Buffalo State University. This role compiles federal, state, and university statistical reporting and maintains enrollment management records and databases as needed per the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position is the university's primary School Certifying Official for military educational benefits. The Coordinator is responsible for assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of Veterans Affairs work-study students in support of ensuring compliance, student support, and excellence in service.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and progressive experience in higher education
