Coordinates all aspects and assists with all inquiries and resolution of employee benefits, to include, but not limited to: health insurance, 401k/403b, leaves of absence, workers compensation, disability and FMLA, in compliance with all Federal and State laws, agency regulations and with the goal of reducing agency liability of such claims.
Minimum Education & Experience
- Associates Degree in HR or related field
- 3 years of strong clerical support experience preferably in HR or claims /benefits processing.
- Equivalent years of experience will be considered.
Licensure/Certification
- Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to sites as needed.
