We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full Desk Recruiter.

This role combines expertise in recruitment and business development to drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Result-Driven Recruitment: Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques for either Non-IT and IT roles in the US market.

  • Experience: Previous work with contact, contract to hire, and direct hire roles

  • Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US.

  • Expert Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, social media, Boolean search, and X-ray search techniques.

  • Tax Terms Knowledge: Expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C tax terms.

  • Action Plans/Recruiting Strategies: Develop strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and compliance regulations in the US job market.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.

  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals using social media platforms, participating in relevant industry forums, and joining relevant groups.

  • Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills to effectively pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients and candidates.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for building relationships, presenting ideas, and negotiating deals effectively.

  • Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop effective strategies to expand the company's reach.

  • Time Management: Juggle multiple job roles and opportunities, requiring effective time management and prioritization.
