Relevant de la Directrice Principale, Services professionnels, le Directeur(trice) Talents et partenariats strategiques, Proxim et Uniprix, joue un role crucial dans la strategie et les decisions influencant la profitabilite globale des pharmacies Proxim et Uniprix. En definissant et en mettant en place des partenariats strategiques, ce poste influence directement les revenus provenant de Sivem, de la distribution et du plancher de vente.

Le/la titulaire gere egalement le risque tout en developpant des relations durables avec des partenaires cles pour maximiser les resultats financiers et la visibilite des marques. Le role inclut l'attraction et la retention des talents, l'augmentation des activites cliniques, des ventes de Rx, et des revenus pour McKesson. L'objectif est d'augmenter le sentiment dappartenance, attirer de futurs pharmaciens proprietaires et employes, et former les employes pour devenir des references dans le domaine.

Ce role exige une forte capacite a influencer les decisions globales et a contribuer a la rentabilite de lorganisation. De plus, le/la titulaire est responsable de developper des solutions d'affaires pour augmenter les ventes et la penetration de Sivem et de la distribution, maximisant ainsi limpact financier sur lentreprise.

Responsabilites specifiques

  • Developper des solutions d'affaires pour augmenter les ventes et la penetration de Sivem et de la distribution, en collaboration avec les equipes multifonctionnelles de McKesson, et maximiser limpact financier sur lentreprise.

  • Etablir la strategie de positionnement des bannieres pour la penurie de main-duvre en developpant une marque employeur afin d'attirer et de retenir les talents en pharmacie, et de faire rayonner les bannieres Proxim et Uniprix.

  • Negocier des ententes commerciales avec les fournisseurs de services et de produits en pharmacie, en lien avec les programmes professionnels, et etre imputable sur latteinte des objectifs financiers.

  • Mettre en place et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires manufacturiers et les acteurs-cles de lindustrie pour developper des synergies profitables.

  • Gerer lequipe responsable de loffre de formations continues et des partenariats strategiques pour atteindre les objectifs et realiser le plan daffaires.

  • Maximiser la valeur du Symposium professionnel Uniprix Proxim, le plus grand evenement de formation de McKesson au Canada, afin de contribuer strategiquement a levolution de la pratique, a la retention des membres, et a l'impact sur les revenus.

  • Batir des partenariats distinctifs avec les universites pour soutenir les etudiants en pharmacie et renforcer le positionnement des bannieres Proxim et Uniprix au Quebec.

  • Developper et maintenir des relations solides avec les pharmaciens proprietaires Proxim et Uniprix pour comprendre et repondre a leurs besoins actuels et emergeants.

  • Diriger le dossier de lecoresponsabilite en realisant des evenements carboneutres et en promouvant lecoresponsabilite aupres des pharmaciens.

  • Solliciter des partenaires pour participer aux causes Proxim et Uniprix, augmentant ainsi la visibilite et les revenus.

  • Augmenter la satisfaction des membres en se concentrant sur des leviers ayant un impact financier positif sur lentreprise.

Exigences du poste

  • Baccalaureat en sciences ou en administration, MBA un atout

  • 12+ ans d'experience en pharmacie de detail et dans lindustrie pharmaceutique

  • Excellente comprehension de la pharmacie communautaire et des acteurs-cles de lindustrie

  • Experience en developpement des affaires et en creation de partenariats strategiques

  • Experience en developpement de strategies pour lattraction et la retention de talents

  • 2 a 4 ans dexperience en gestion

  • Forte capacite en gestion du changement

  • Competences interpersonnelles et en communication superieures

  • Bilingue (Anglais/Francais)

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura a soutenir de facon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes a lexterieur du Quebec et/ou aux Etats-Unis. Par consequent, ce poste requiert une maitrise de langlais a lecrit et a loral. About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Talent & Strategic Partnerships to support the growth and success of our Proxim and Uniprix banners .

Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services, this role plays a critical part in shaping strategy and driving decisions that influence the overall profitability of our network. You will lead the development of strategic partnerships, enhance talent attraction and retention initiatives, and contribute directly to revenue growth across Sivem, distribution, and front-store operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships across the pharmacy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business solutions to increase sales and market penetration for Sivem and distribution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize financial performance and profitability

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making impacting the organizations growth

  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with service and product providers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key industry stakeholders

  • Establish strategic partnerships that drive innovation and profitability

  • Develop university partnerships to support pharmacy students and strengthen brand positioning

  • Lead initiatives to attract and retain top pharmacy talent

  • Develop and promote employer branding strategies for Proxim and Uniprix

  • Support long-term workforce planning, including future pharmacist-owners

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for continuing education and strategic partnerships

  • Maintain strong relationships with owner-pharmacists to understand and address evolving needs

  • Enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention

  • Maximize the impact of the Proxim Uniprix Professional Symposium (Canadas largest McKesson training event)

  • Lead sustainability initiatives, including carbon-neutral events and eco-responsible practices

  • Support community and brand initiatives to increase visibility and revenue

What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an asset)

  • 12+ years of experience in retail pharmacy and/or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong understanding of community pharmacy and key industry stakeholders

  • Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships

  • Experience in talent attraction and retention strategies

  • 24 years of leadership experience

  • Strong change management and influencing skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. $120,800 - $201,400
