Recruiter

Full-time, Recruiter Location : Aiea Industry: Healthcare Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pay: $26.00 -$30.00 per hour (depends on experience) Candidates must be in-state to apply and be considered. The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy. This role sources, screens, and recommends qualified candidates while delivering strong customer service to hiring managers and applicants. The role plans and executes strategies, builds talent pipelines, and promotes the company's brand. Job Duties: Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers Develop strategies using job boards, social media, and networking Partner with managers on hiring needs and workforce plans Maintain job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies Represent the organization at job fairs and outreach events #RemedyHIjobs Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS/HRIS preferred Ability to work independently and provide excellent service Equal Opportunity Employer
