Transportation Recruiter
West Chester, PA- ONSITE 5 days a week
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Recruiter to support hiring efforts for CDL and Non-CDL positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience managing full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines for transportation, technical, and professional roles.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and source CDL and Non-CDL candidates nationwide
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Utilize ATS platforms, VMS systems, job boards, and social media to identify top talent
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintainmunication with candidates and hiring managers
Review resumes and qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements
Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation throughout the hiring process
Develop recruiting strategies and build pipelines for future hiring needs
Support hiring for technical, IT, engineering, and professional-level positions as needed
Provide candidates with accurate information regardingpany, client, and job opportunities
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in transportation staffing
Experience recruiting CDL and Non-CDL drivers preferred
Experience using Tenstreet is a plus
Prior experience recruiting for technical and IT roles required
Strongmunication, negotiation, andanizational skills
Experience working within VMS and ATS systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a high-volume environment
Strong internet sourcing and social media recruiting experience
High energy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
